Community Service Projects...

Guild members have found it to be very rewarding to help those in need through using the art of quiltmaking. Projects such as lap quilts for nursing home patients, quilts for people who lose their home in a fire, several breast cancer projects, donated decorative quilts to the local hospital and St Jude Children's Hospital. Members teach classes to school children and beginning adult quilters in the community.

The Guild has also provided assistance to the local Kiwanis Club, Chamber of Commerce and the County Extension Agency in serving the community.
